SNOW

We finally got our first (and probably last) snowfall of the season!  It was just a dusting and was all but melted the next morning.  Regardless, they bundled up and headed out to play!

The snow started as soon as our plane touched down from Disney! Not much but enough to get bundled up and make some snow balls.

We finally got some snow this winter! 6 inches! We headed out first thing Saturday to do some sledding. Aniela had a great time and enjoyed everything. After lunch we headed over to the Midhas to sled down their hill and even Thomas enjoyed some sledding. On Sunday we did some more sledding and built a snowman.

After Aniela's afternoon nap we headed back out to play on the track. She like the snow a lot better the second time and had fun running around the track and being chased.

Finally ... Raleigh got some snow! Okay so it was only 4 or 5 inches but it was enough to enjoy. We spent the morning sledding on the Midha's hill and Aniela was not to thrilled with the cold stuff. We only stayed out for about 30 minutes. Then we had hot chocolate and watched the inauguration while the girls played inside.

Not sure if it was the three layers of clothing that made her mad or the boots that were too small to walk in :)
